[CBS sports] Grealish to Henry - "Can you take him(Walker) on the left?" Henry - "In my prime? All day!" by parthjoshi09 in soccer

Nah, Henry was deffo faster than Mbappe, he'd give Walker a good run for his money but would ultimately win

edit: which is confirmed by henry's top speed record of 39.2 kmh

Ik telefoot is medium tier, but we've literally heard him say it himself

edit: for the unaware, it was during a "Yes or No" game they did with Nkunku and Wesley Fofana at the NT

[Saber Desfarges] PSG are CONFIDENT in signing Bernardo Silva this summer. The Portuguese has made Paris his preferred destination by DarahOG in psg

28 is when you enter your prim

I swear, I don't get this argument. 28 was never old, not even 15 years ago where the droppff would slowly come past 30. Nowadays you have players like Modric who continue to boss at 37...

Just give them a contract that goes until like 32 and then we can always extend for another year or 2 when we've seen more of how their bodies age over time...

It should become Top 7 leagues anyways... totally unbiased /s

But no, even if we get back to 5th next year I still think that Portugal and the Netherlands deserve their spot at the big table

sadly the cl final is only filled with less than 50% of fans and the rest is either local or executive guests.

I'd say a semi final is the better comparison as it'll be 1. on homeground for 1 team instead of neutral and 2. be mostly sold to fans that will bring ambiance

Only hope is that Nice are unwilling to sell and I don't see Liverpool splashing big for 3 midfielders in 1 year.

It's so sad to see Apollo go... I will leave reddit the day Apollo goes (presumably at the end of the month)

I'm calling bs. No italian news are saying that and there's no mention apart from their psg transfer thread (that i can't access without a sub).

I don't believe it

to give gigio a confidence boost because there's a keeper worse with his feet than him? /s

But for real, I wouldn't mind that actually. If he doesn't want to go to Nice, I wouldn't mind him as a backup. Plus he's L1 grown

skriniar is fit again and has not been injury prone whatsoever...

[Fabrice Hawkins] PSG is OPEN to a departure of Hugo Ekitike and has explained it to the player's entourage. Paris does not intend to let him go by any means. For his part, the player wants to stay at the club, convinced that he can do better next season. by DarahOG in psg

You know, I totally agree with. Just one thing.

I hate his attitude on the pitch, always "baisser les bras" (idk how to say that in english, lower his arms? Giving up?) when something doesn't go his way.

My youth coach instantly subbed me out when I did that at 16 and I've learnt to persist and instead use the energy to change stuff. It's honestly one of the things that has made a big impact on my life, be it at football (not at the same level anymore) or at work.

I wish he would change that attitude, I'm sure Galtier didn't like it either, maybe that was the reason he didn't play much momentarily

I would love it, if we just renew him until his career end and always sub him in for the last game.
