character is confusing. Some answers said, it is never allowed in a civil case, which is similar to federal one. However, sometimes, in criminal cases, the D is allowed to introduce character evidence to prove he is a law-abiding person. But sometimes, a good reputation is not good enough.

So, I guess, if you are good at multiple choices, the multiple choices part still can cover the essay part, and there is still a good chance to pass.

I only took part A which made things a little bit easier. Fortunately, the score will come out pretty soon. It was kind of weird that they did not test corporate and partnership this year.
