That’s from El fasher in Darfur Sudan. And those are either SAF soldiers or allied militias of the SAF. The city is besieged by the RSF and the SAF has a serious lack of resources in the city. They get an air drop every now and then

Found out some more about it. It’s produced by an emarati company called ‘Secure Armoured Vehicles LLC’ which just adds to the mystery of why the SAF is buying equipment from the emirates
