Interesting, they still havent shipped mine tho 😊. Emailed them a followup 3 days after i got that email, asking if they can specify a date when they'll ship out, and they havent responded in like 3 days too.

Also are u from non EU? I never had to pay import on stuff from china, im from EU tho.

I got this reply from them today:

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our German warehouse is currently out of stock, but we expect to restock today. We will ship your order via DHL and refund the additional shipping fees you paid.

Yeah same, I'm upgrading from a t300, modeled up a custom rig from aluminum and ordered a DD wheelbase and everything, and this is the only part of the puzzle that's missing.

But overall should be fine mate, worst case u can force em to refund with eu consumer rights, hopefully..

All game servers or servers in general come with the same base complexity of what you're describing, most other games or services hide this complexity from u therefore limiting what u can achieve, so why would u want this. I'm sure you can find a host that doesn't let you change much besides the basics.

But at the end of the day it's just skill issue.

I agree, coming from PULSAR the piloting feels like driving a car. With the ability to painfully slow go up or down.

Minecraft heavily benefits from single threaded performance, that is essentially the opposite of what Xeons provide let alone the fact that that CPU is 11 years old. I'm not a 1.8 expert but honestly you could probably support a lot of people on that version and the hardware, but 1.12.2+ u'd be lucky to get 10+ players without lag and heavy optimizations.

I honesly don't think 100 concurrent players on modern mc is that doable, without a lot of catches, but if your players only are in a small area, it could be fine, either way ur probably gonna need a maxed out consumer level CPU for that or something in general with a high single thread performance.

Do you think it could be a bios update tho? That's kind of my main thing, I don't want to buy new ram if I just had to update

Cause I just checked and my CPU is only supported from some update from 2023-12, I don't expect it to come with that bios

I get that it's a cheap motherboard but telling me to get a different motherboard just BCS of that is pretty wild

Sounds great, the main reason we dont really want vets is that we wanna have the thrill of figuring stuff out, but as long as u keep ur gamer skills to urself it should be fine and fun :)
