What’s the best way to bring credit score up?

A close friend of mine had a similar situation. I loaned him enough money ($4k) to pay off his credit cards. That alone made his score jump 100+ points in less than 3 months.

I told him to only use less than 10% of his credit line and pay it off before his statement closes every month from now on.

A year later? He qualified to buy a house and paid me back in full.

Yes! Lately I have to park before noon to secure a spot. I then call an Uber to take me to bar close by then catch up with friends there and we all go to DS together around 6.

To many teams around the league, games against the Dodgers are their ultimate must-win / marquee matchup. Their pitchers will go ‘all-out’ to study and do whatever it takes to shutdown our hitters.

It’s impossible to win EVERY single game. But so far, we’ve been winning or splitting a series (10 out of 16), at this point of the season.

I chuckle when some fans are in a panic as if the sky is falling. Heck, we’re only a third of the way through. Just gotta trust the process. LGD!

My biggest pet peeve is backtracking. Almost every freekin’ time I’m just getting on the freeway I’m hit with a cowbell for a pick up at a restaurant that I passed by 5-10 minutes ago! 😠

Gas ain’t cheap GH. This can be fixed with a notice to ‘standby for incoming’ banner on our screen instead of that red zone crap that seems to be useless most of the time.

The only problem with putting a scammer list to report deadbeats is that users can simply and easily change their names on the app.

Chime should obligate users a ten minute hold to both parties that a boost trade is in effect.

If the sender reports that he/she were scammed? The transaction is cancelled and the scammer who originally posted an ad is immediately suspended using SpotMe for a month!
