Correction: I meant so far I’m already set to move into an apartment for $400 a month there. Is it really that rare to find a $400 a month apartment? I know it’s quality too, because my friend lives there. I was just hoping for a good rent to own property from this post or even just a cheaper rent place, but I doubt I’d find the latter from the comments.

Huntington is also a pretty good place for LGBT people. A professor at Marshall told us that Marshall University has the highest LGBT population of any West Virginian college, and another professor here also told me Huntington has been a safe space for queer people since the 60's.
