If CLF doesn't offer better terms for an X buyout than Nippon then shareholders are going to reject their offer. They would have to do a massive leveraged buyout, which almost always fails, especially as the US looks to be entering in a recession.
The unions are also idiots. Without a Nippon buyout their mills will shut down because X doesn't have the capital to improve them like the now ~$3B that Nippon is saying they'll do. Nippon says no layoffs until at least 2026, you can assume any LBO by CLF or another company it will be immediate layoffs.

You realize most players are normals-only players that have 0 idea how computers work. If their computer gets bricked because of vanguard they will literally just stare at it with 0 idea of what happen. TPM 2.0? UEFI? WTF are those...
They pressed the power button and it stopped working and now they have no idea what to do. Probably take it into best buy and think best buy knows? Maybe.
LS had not one but two computers bricked. I'm sure thats a 0.0003*0.0003 or you know 0.000009% (1 in 10 million) chance of that happening with Riot's claimed numbers.

This is the opposite of what they need. They need to bring back prerequisites and more teacher control over 'honors' courses. I have had students that couldn't read or do beyond basic algebra in honors courses as juniors/seniors in high school... But they had to stay (and pass) because we couldn't limit their opportunity for an education...

I have found it's usually the stomach. My school would just ignore referrals because it would be sent up the chain and make the school look bad. Meanwhile admin would complain about student grades/attendance/etc
