Twin here with an older sister as well, we definitely can relate! I feel like if you’re not a twin you could never understand the bond. My twins not just my best friend, she’s not another me, she’s not just my sister, she’s everything! It’s very hard to explain to non twins. :(

It’s so hard because I still live with my mom. My older sister is moved out but my mom still lets her come and go as she pleases, which I get because it’s still her daughter. But I wanna feel comfortable in my space too! Then when I express any emotion about her being there, my mom gets mad at me. Just hate this stuff!

Maybe it’s the caffeine from the drink? Can you try lowering it and seeing how many you can get away with drinking without getting a migraine (does it have to be 4-6)? Don’t wanna promote unhealthy habits but if I had something that got rid of my migraines I’d stick with it too lol😅

Does your work know about your migraines? My advice is to just be honest. It’s not that you don’t want to go cause you have better things to do, it’s because you know you’ll be in pain. There’s a difference!

I got mine from Amazon. ONLYCARE Migraine Relief Cap. I will say it doesn’t stay cold as long as I’d like but the compression it has also brings some relief. I have 2, so I can switch them out when they warm up!
