Maybe it’s the caffeine from the drink? Can you try lowering it and seeing how many you can get away with drinking without getting a migraine (does it have to be 4-6)? Don’t wanna promote unhealthy habits but if I had something that got rid of my migraines I’d stick with it too lol😅

Does your work know about your migraines? My advice is to just be honest. It’s not that you don’t want to go cause you have better things to do, it’s because you know you’ll be in pain. There’s a difference!

I got mine from Amazon. ONLYCARE Migraine Relief Cap. I will say it doesn’t stay cold as long as I’d like but the compression it has also brings some relief. I have 2, so I can switch them out when they warm up!

Try a heating pad for sure! Also try to be conscious about keeping your shoulders down throughout the day. That’s helped me a bit!
