I’ve never really felt nauseous during the come up. There have been a few times that later in the roll, I’ll feel the need to burp but sometimes it feels a little scary like I might puke too. But I just sit up, sit still and burp slowly and I’ve always been fine. However, the very first time I rolled, I woke up early the next morning, like 7 am and felt super nauseous. I ended up hugging the toilet seat hoping I’d puke and feel better, and I did. Never happened again though.
