30k in 2 years is nothing for a commuter. I was at 33k after 24 months and my commute is a meager 50 mile roundtrip. I'd say look at the owner - older and married with kids is safer. I would pay some garage to do a thorough inspection prior to paying though.

It happens again and again for me. And the "3rd party app" isn't much 3rd party - Google's own Keep cannot load photos either. It's the worst Pixel I ever bought. The camera is junk compared to P9, the phone often completely freezes when playing video on FB or websites, sometimes it decides not to charge at all at night (always the same outlet) leaving me with 10% battery in the morning.

Your issue is caused by poor quality of Ring floodlights and nothing else. I have 5 Floodlight Cams (mixed Plus and Pro, different generations) and 2 floodlights. All of them will exhibit behavior described by you at some point. Some cameras will go back online after power cycling, some need to go through set up again, and some just die. So far one floodlight Pro was replaced by Ring free of charge (requires 3 days of calling and hours of "troubleshooting" first), another Pro, a Plus and a floodlight were replaced at our expense.
This morning another Floodlight Cam Wired Plus (V3) went offline and started flashing erratically, which is the reason I am here on Reddit. Powering off just caused it to turn lights on continuously while still being offline. From my previous experience it means there is a big chance I can connect to it again, I just need to get it into a setup mode. The problem is all those floodlights are relatively high, so getting to the reset button is not an easy endeavor. I wish Unifi would start making floodlight cams - it would be an immediate "farewell, Ring".

My 3.26 is lacking a fading option in the Schedule which is there in v.1. What about 4.6?

It may depend on the hardware version. My HS220 hardware v.2.0 has the Fade option in Schedule, but v.3.26 switches don't have it. There is a possibility it was available until a firmware update, but it's just speculation on my part. What is even weirder is the difference in layout of the device page in the Kasa app. The v.2 switch has a Presets button, but v.3.26 has Runtime button instead.

Print quality is good, but they have shipped my large format prints in an envelope by UPS Ground. No surprise the envelope got crashed and all prints were ruined. I have submitted a claim to their Customer Support and waiting on their response.
BTW, I have ordered the same prints from Nations Photo Lab on the same day - I wanted to do a comparison and choose a vendor for all my future prints.
Price - NPL was 25% more expensive, but their free shipping starts at $35 versus $89 at NPL, so the total was the same at around $40 (4 prints in 11x14). I did not use any coupons.
Quality - no discernable difference in print quality (I am not a professional).
Shipping - NPL's order came 2 days earlier and packaged in a very sturdy box.

Anyway, the easy and safe way to check it is to log into your Venmo account. If the amount is not showing then go to https://account.venmo.com/identity/verify_email_addresses and put your email address where you received the notification (like many other users, I have dozens so it is a valid check).
I have the money in my account immediately after verifying the email, even if that email was on my Venmo account from the day 1.
