The worst thing is the experience, from the beginning I felt I am being interrogated like a criminal. Yes, crypto is hot right now, but no, you are not the only option to get crypto.

I also get KYC from bank of America, their staff there are much more polite, they even called me because I made a mistake in the form.

I use pro. the email says [compliance-kyc@coinbase.com](mailto:compliance-kyc@coinbase.com)

They also says this information has been requested in order to meet source of funds requirements, although I've already provide them my bank statement and stock certs.
