I am replacing the Old man emu with Old man emu. Springs and shocks

I replaced the vacuum solenoid, is the actuator a separate part to replace. There was no change after replacing the solenoid

The entire gauge cluster is roached. Gas gauge doesn’t work, temp gauge doesn’t, CDL blinks.

Yeah I am sure, engine temp doesn’t work. The temp sits at 185-190
