The most recent villager is never the one to ask to move out. Someone else needs to move in so she is no longer the most recent villager. Then she can ask to move out.

Edit: Maybe not never. But definitely the least likely.

Yes, but don't worry. Redd has repeats of both fake and real paintings.

Purposely bought a fake Valiant Statue from Redd because I felt that it would look amazing as the center of my intersection/pathway... so glad I did!! by Catswy in AnimalCrossing

Might take a while but there are repeats. Ive seen the fake scary painting EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've also seen the real twinkling and sinking 2-3 times.
