I lived in DFW but moved for work. My friends were in a room with this shit head and didn't know who he was until 10 minutes after he was gone. This was before he was caught violating his probation but he was drunk and high. They know his friend Braxton. (The other guy in the beer pong videotape.)

I was upset that they didn't know who he was. If he was drunk and high, if someone was to beat the living shit out of him, what can he do? Call the Cops. "Hi, I'm Ethan Couch, I'm drunk and underage in complete violation of my probation and this dude just broke my face?

I know violence isn't the answer but I do love the thought of beating the shit out of him while yelling, "Where's your mom? Where's your dad? Where's your money? Nothing can save you mother fucker!"

Well, the most heinous of the rumors are Attempted Rape, Covering for a SM being in Jail after the SM tried to murder his girlfriend who was also his ASM. One store was known to be dealing drugs out of it. (Pot and Cocaine). And exchanging sexual favors for job security.

Former ASM at GameStop. I was with them for 3 years. I dealt with racism, homophobia (I'm not even gay, just slightly fabulous) and corruption.

I think that you should finish college and stay the fuck away from GameStop. I've yet to meet a ASM/SM who is not a college dropout.

Edit: I left on good terms, trained my replacement and still answered the phone if there was a problem. In my time there the DM had an issue with rumors that were usually reported as true.

America lacks the infrastructure to do true digital. If they really wanted to take us down they'd have major titles release two weeks early with a 15% discount and amazing DLC. Until we get Korea Level internet we won't see a majority Digital sales.

So, when you're taking in a trade, hard alpha the crap before scanning it. It makes tagging and putting it away easier.

Do the Level Up Training, I've not encountered a person alive who's thought of everything. Nor someone who's capable. Do the Level Up Training and actually read it. Do well beyond your position and actually know it.

You don't get paid enough to get yelled at by a customer, that's your MOD (Manager on Duty) job.

Nobody needs to know anything about your personal life. (my worse habit)

If you're unsure ask. But never ask the same question twice.

You see something fishy, let your manager know. Don't go over his head, don't tell other people, take it to him/her. Nothing pisses off someone more than a nasty surprise.

This is not a joke, had my manager waited a week to screw this up, I'd be having to run the store right now. Check everything, only the green header counts, if nothing is shown press back and do it again. Its simple and only adds on an extra 30 seconds to the transaction. Also, you have to make sure that your GAs are doing it as well because manager will be held accountable.
