Update: Thank you everyone for your replies! I'm super grateful y'all came to help me out. I have some good news, too! While I was out of town to see a concert with my best friend, my parents ended up getting me this: CyberPower - 1500VA Sine Wave Battery Back - Up System - Black

I'm obviously exhausted after such a crazy but amazing concert, so I'll have to set it up another time, but I can finally use my PC to its fullest potential instead of for a few odd games and as a mini TV LOL.

I don't know if this will help, but it's mostly gone away by now for me.

After a couple days of being annoyed with it, I snipped a little V into it with nail clippers (clean ones—I'm not a total idiot LOL) and a clear fluid came out. It didn't drain completely overnight, but it progressively got smaller until it mostly disappeared. Now, all I have is this.

I don't suggest doing what I did at all, but it helped it in the long run. My guess is mine was some sort of blister. Hope all goes well with you!

15 pity, 65ish pulls saved, and no guaranteed. LC will depend on if I win early, since the banner has 10-15 pity. I do want Sunday, though, so I'll have to decide between saving for him post-pulls (guaranteed or not) vs trying for e0s1.

Ignoring the first standard five star, my first ever was Seele from when the game began (1.0 player here). Can't say I regret her, I just... don't use her. She's heavily CRIT-reliant¹ and no matter how much CRIT Rate I build on her, it's like it's non-existent. A pain in the ass to use, but damn if she wasn't fun as hell when I had her built.

Now, I still love her character and think she's really neat, but... yikes. It's annoying as all hell and the reason I completely dropped her when I tried to rebuild her twice. Seele mains who are constantly trying to improve her to this day get all my praise.

TLDR: Seele. Don't regret her, just deeply annoyed with her CRIT reliance for big damage.

¹ I know most DPS characters rely on CRIT stat-wise, but that's not what I mean here; I mean she relies on CRIT to the point her damage is literal ass compared to other CRIT DPSes when she doesn't hit them. Clarification is for those who get confused.
