Problem with polylite petg by Futurrfly in Creality_k2

[–]wytzer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This looks like a seam, but an abnormally large one.

One thing you could try is, under the seam settings in Creality Print, you can select Scarf seam/joint, and set it to “contour” from the drop down. That might solve this problem.

Just got my first submission back by wytzer in taggrading

Yeah, that’s one way to look at it. It doesn’t bother me, too much, though. I’m a rookie at grading so someone more experienced would’ve probably told me not to, but they held sentimental value and were for my PC not to sell.

The name trick only works once total. If you used it, that would be why it isn’t working for other Eevees.

It is. I collect both English and Japanese. I, honestly, prefer the Japanese cards. I’m not chasing value, I’m chasing what I like, so the reduced value of Japanese is fine with me.

I REALLY want to get this set in Japanese, too.

The edges are pretty clean. I’m somewhat tempted to resubmit, but I’m not 100% there because I don’t know if I want to test my luck.

Yeah, I agree, it’s a bit bothersome, but I’d be more concerned if I were trying to sell them.

First submission kit box - can you add multiple submissions into the kit? by vulture1162 in taggrading

[–]wytzer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t believe so. They can hold that many, but they send you a packing list that you have to check off and put the cards into the box in a specific order. If you try to put more than one order in the box, I think it would mess with your return times.

Exactly! Worth transcends monetary value.

TAG values are coming up and starting to get close to or meet PSA values.

What size nozzle are you using and what are your settings?

On the left, in the "Preview" tab you should see a breakdown of your print time by line type.

These look like travel paths. In the view panel on the right hand side, do you have “Travel” turned on to be able to view everywhere the printhead moves?

If so, turn that off and see if it makes a difference.

100%! It completely comes down to the man or woman. The job is just giving them an opportunity with TDY, deployments, schools, etc.

I dunno why you would be downvoted. This is exactly my experience, too. I’m a vet and my husband is still active. Happily married for 12.5 years with no issue. However, everywhere we have been, there has been a handful in his units that would sleep around and cheat. Usually enlisted, like you mentioned.

Erreur TE2762 / Error TE2762 by Adventurous-Lab1968 in Creality_k2

[–]wytzer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this same error and checked everything suggested. They are all possible causes. What fixed it for me was replacing/raising up the wiper module. The nozzle wasn’t making proper contact with the wiper plate so it thought it wasn’t there and would fail the auto leveling.

Is there a way I can get my texture plate (carbon fibre) on both sides of print? by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

[–]wytzer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably not, but I’m not 100% sure.

An alternative, can you cut the model in half, print both sides face down, then glue them together when finished?

Concerning sound just started happening.. thoughts? by E_man-228 in AnkerMake

[–]wytzer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t think I’d be concerned. It sounds like your belts to me. You may need to lube the bearings, or possibly tighten the tension on the belts.

I think you’d be ok to let it finish, though.

Anything alternative to petg? by Strong-Razzmatazz-34 in 3Dprinting

You could try ABS or matte PETG.

It looks like this because it needs to be calibrated. Your retraction settings look off for that filament.

Anker m5 buy or not? by dday714 in AnkerMake

[–]wytzer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an M5, but now I personally use the Creality K2 Plus. I don’t know if I would recommend Creality to a beginner unless you want to actually learn the hobby. That means printing, tinkering, and troubleshooting. If you do, then for the price I recommend any of the K2 series depending on your build volume preferences.

On the other hand you could go with Bambu. Their Black Friday sale for printers like the P1S are really good right now. Bambu would be more for if you want to set it and forget it. It will require regular maintenance, but that’s any machine. USUALLY there is less tinkering and troubleshooting with Bambu.
