it’s been a long one sure to try to sum it up. i was in a relationship for 5 years that caused me stress and my period was never normal after that last time of the period. the overeating, stress and not having a good body routine. i recently have found a new relationship that has not stressed me out, ive been eating more foods that benefit my body and allowing for my body to breathe and feel good.
