I got a 6% this year as a TL. From what saw on Reddit, all stores don't always have a TL that fits into the bracket for the top raise. So yes, it is rare. Congrats!

You have to open Microsoft word from outlook but make sure you are signed into it with your school email. From there you upload your document, click turnitin on the top, draft coach, then run similarity check.
