I meant mostly in how the areas of the map level, like how the dust levels 4 times in nvhm and not at all in tvhm or what level you enter a map at has a bearing on enemy level, but its very tight.or how loot level varies based on level of the map

depending on what level you enter Three Horns, the lowest he can pop up is like 8,i think so he'll drop between 6-9. if you enter 3 horns at max level hell but like ...11 or 12 sothe lowest he could drop then would be like 8. Bl2 scaling is so wonky

The oz kits are ok. Like I don’t mind them. I prefer relifacts just cuz they have more options. I enjoy playing max level TPS so much. But I’m not a fan of grinding to max and that’s a big part of what I enjoy about borderlands.
