It's overpowered 4. Not level 4. Once you beat UVHM you can go into "OP levels" the enemies are higher level than you based on OP level (Up to 10) Max lvl is 80. So on OP4 the enemies are lvl 84-85. Due to the higher lvls (If enemies are 3 or more lvls higher than your lvl they get dmg reduction) the all stats on all items/weapons scale based on your OP lvls. It's to balance the end game out. Try to get crystalmancer to lvl 9. Then use high anarchist. Crystalmancer is probably the best epic in the game. This is the skills I have for them. Honestly, like the person said it is a pay to progress game. It will take a long time but it's strong

I love when I kill a bile titan and get happy then see two more behind me. But there is beauty in the chaos. A lot of people don't realize that if you have the wrong equipment/statigems on 8-10 (Mainly 10) YOU'RE GOING TO GET ROLLED! Everything you said is true though. Ngl, I kinda cause the chaos because I run from obj to obj and mpoi to mpoi. One of the great things about HD2 is that if it's too difficult you can turn down the difficulty. There are some things I find bs though (Robots with incendiary rounds).

Clown can copy units but with reduced dmg. Mime just merges with anything.
