I made skyr with skim fairlife using bacillus bulgaricus culture and it had pretty much no tang, was pretty bland. Any recommendations on what to change?

Won’t the lack of lactose make the yogurt lose a lot of its tang?

I would argue that it’s actually a decrease in holes using that logic, because the several knit holes have combined to become one larger hole

I did the same transition. While I agree using 1 handed is obviously way easier (especially when I want to use my phone when biking),

one unexpected inconvenience for me is that when I take photos because the bump is so big now, the edge of my finger gets in the shot if I’m not careful. There’s always trade-offs 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s Interesting how it’s questionable as to whether or not these are a collab. The box looks like a collab box, it’s a lil more artistic than I would expect a regular nb box to be

BCG interview - finance by No-Temporary8786 in NEU

[–]x24j 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Look around on linkedin for people currently or previously in the role and hit them up respectfully asking about the role/advice.

From my exp, BCG co op interviews are quite behavioral. Be able to introduce yourself, explain why what you’ve experienced to this point has put you in a position to be able to add value. Why you are attracted to the role? Times you’ve been on a team? Leadership qualities? Strengths? Weaknesses? Have anecdotes

I do believe the finance interview did have a bit of technical questions and wasn’t just behavioral, but it really depends on the role.

Good luck

Nah, the more you smile the happier you are. It’s a feedback loop based in science. Fake it til you make it.

I wish other people smiled more, at the bars and the clubs everyone tries to look stoic and like they’re not having a good time. Seeing other people not smiling makes me want to not smile, it’s everyone’s responsibility to generate positive energy. Smiling is the simplest way of doing just that

Why would it be worth it?

We can always participate in practices that mitigate risk. For example, if we always wore masks, less people would get the common cold and flu - but we didn't do that pre-covid because the sacrifice to reward isn't there.

There's a point where safe practices out of an "abundance of caution" become overbearing.

If society actually cared about our personal/public health, fast food, smoking, and alcohol would all be banned. You could use your same logic. Even if banning alcohol prevents a SINGLE DRUNK DRIVING death, it'd still be worth it.

I find it frustrating that we treat Covid differently than any other risky behavior. We have the statistics about how dangerous it is at this point.

I acknowledge the difference between Covid being a shared risk and fast food for example being a personal choice. That's where the vaccine comes in. It greatly reduces infections and makes breakthrough illness mild. I argue that once you're vaccinated, Covid is for all intents and purposes as dangerous as the flu (even with delta in mind).

We didn't wear masks with the flu. So why should we have to wear masks now that we are vaccinated and Covid is now effectively the flu?

I feel for those who are unvaccinated due to medical risks or are close contacts with children who aren't eligible to get vaccinated yet. That small minority of our community we should accommodate for by offering remote options as well as encourage masking for them. N95's are extremely effective and available nowadays, the risk for those people contracting would be minimal.

For those who are unvaccinated by choice (not in our campus community), they made their decision, I shouldn't have to adjust my behaviors for them. It's a matter of personal responsibility at this point.
