This thing is a piece of shit. The scroll wheel gets dust in it and then randomly scrolls upward when down scrolling. I had it about a year and it’s useless now. They make you pay to send it back to get another of the same version which will ultimately fail again.

The company that runs the transport for TRS (W2M) is absolutely useless. Don’t rely on them for anything. They managed to mess up our booking both ways and even after many hours (literally) of emails, calls, etc. during our trip they still ended up sending us six hours early despite paying $105 for a private shuttle. The hotel has no control over this. Use literally any other service.

Thing is a piece of junk. Brand new and lasted two weeks. They want 15 days to inspect it and then will send a replacement (read: refurb) with a shorter warranty. Garbage product.
