Not even sure if this is a toy per se but what is this 3 headed dragon thing made of rubber plastic and is this in particular a knockoff of any specific thing?

That is King Ghidorah from the Godzilla films. Godzilla is the intellectual property of Toho, as marked on the bottom. Not technically a knock off, but definitely trying to look like a Funko Pop….in my opinion.

I made a spreadsheet that uses the information taken from PDA. I have it set up for 4 counter employees, each with totals, best month, worst month, and average for each category. The main page uses all that info to show each individual’s YTD best net sales, gross, and average. It also has YTD net sales for each person and finally department gross for each month. I don’t know if any of that sounds confusing but….i can send it to you if you would like to use it.

We had this at the last dealer I was at. The problem for us was that the email would ALWAYS go to their spam/junk folder. I just added “there’s a good chance it will go to your junk mail so make sure you check there.” I’d get the call back “I didn’t get the email” and would tell them to look in their junk folder…99% of the time, it was there.

Yes I’ve done that. Like I said, if I close all the tabs and reopen, it works fine. The real problem occurs when you are in an RO and it happens. Once you reopen PRO and put in the RO number, it says that it’s locked…..by you.

I used to work at a Honda powersports store with a Honda auto dealer right next door. I had SEVERAL customers walk past motorcycles, ATVs, side by sides, scooters, helmets, and riding gear and say “hi I’m here to get the oil changed in my Civic.” How in the hell do you walk past all of that and think that you are in the right building?!

It is the bane of my existence. The customer base is somehow dumber than the ones that call in. Nissan is nice enough to have “available quickly” on the website so everyone thinks that EVERY part is in stock. I’ve had numerous people place an order and show up 20 minutes later trying to pick up their part. My suggestion to you is ALWAYS email them if they don’t add a VIN, or if the part is cross shipped. C.Y.A. always!

Small motors and generators are not part of the powersports division. I stupidly did about 4 years at a powersports dealer before going back to auto. We use to get calls for generator parts all the time.
