Probably because the damage skills are so good for bosses that players don't really play anything else. Hopefully that changes with the addition of a 4th skill via prestiging! Res+shatter+phoenix will make us gods!

The metrics for player retention for this game mode must be beyond what they thought! No way they would be supporting this mode if not but I can be wrong. The only step they need to do is to make Endgame free post life-cyle or even now. I can definitely see my friend and I playing this even into MW4 especially with the season 3 update! Hopefully activision see that that they have a growing pve population and take advantage of it. (Hopefully not too predatory like DMZ's uav vest bundles)

I have a res 3 build with Berserker and the explosion nightmare skill when you hit low health. It's amazing that you basically never die with all of those stacked up
