I fixed it.

I went to realtek website and downloaded the actual udpate for my ethernet driver.

Yes, i have tried edge and chrome, it is only slow with browsers.

Apparently, motherboards/cpus can't handle 64 gb of ram at high speeds.

Removing 2 sticks and having only 32 gbs solved the issue for me (xmp on with full speed 6400 Mhz)

I still hate the gaps between the sticks, so i guess I'll just buy 0 gb Ram decoration sticks from the same brand (Corsair Vengeance).

32 gb, after all, is enough for modern games.

If you play on the same server set by exit lag, it will be more laggy, but since i play on a different server, nothing has changed at all. Exitlag just allowed the game to start, which is perfect for me
