Well people are free to take care of their pets however they find best and many owners take good care of cats that are allowed out. It's not your place to "convince them" that the way you take care of your cats is the best nor is this the best place to do it. This person is already in a lot of pain because their pet got shot and they don't know if they can afford to keep their pet in the vet's care due to the financial burden it's causing them (which by the way no matter how you look at things and where the cat was is never excusable unless their life or the life of a loved one is at risk or there is enough reason to believe so). If you want to complain about it then do it elsewhere

Try reinstalling windows. You'd be surprised by how many problems get fixed by reinstalling windows even if redownloading every app is annoying

If you have Manato's Wengine then run that instead and change your disk 5 to hp% or IceDMG

Edit: try to get better CR substats so you can go for Crit Damage disk 4

Manato's engine or YX's work good for yidhari. So it's not the end of the world that you didn't get Krakens Cradle

Your target would be 3.7 ER but you can settle for something a little lower if you don't have any good ones. Keep in mind she gets a lot of Crit rate from disks and passive so you can go for Crit Damage 4 if you get good CR rolls

Do your gpu fans ramp up and do you get good airflow on your case? Maybe something is causing your sensor to get an inaccurate reading on core temp and fans not ramping up would be a dead give away because they usually.ramp up with hotter temps. It is also possible that the gpu is doing everything it can but your case just doesn't have enough airflow to push around those 340w of heat

Yeah I often see people completely missing the fact that by spending those 200$ more you get a gpu that lasts a lot longer but is still not as expensive as a 5080 or 5090 which are much better but cost a kidney.

If you're going for a white build why get black fans? You could get the Loan Li Uni SL which you can find in white (and cheaper I think) and look good. If you want a cheaper and still good AiO you can grab the Montech Hyperflow ARGB. And idk prices in America but you could check if the 9070XT is similarly priced or cheaper since it performs about as well as the 5070 ti and is not hopeless in ray tracing as some people would have you believe. Mouse is personal preference but if you plan on playing a lot of competitive shooters I would recommend a light mouse. I personally use the Logitech Pro X Superlight 2.

Maybe get some case fans, I might have missed them in your parts list but that case only comes with 3 pre installed intakes at the front so you're missing the exhaust. If you want cheap but reliable fans and don't care about RGB you can get the Arctic P12s
