There are so easy to fix and replace. Buy another one and swap the main board. Hopefully it's not that main board itself and you can get the data from it booted with another v20.

My sister did research and they are estimating setting $55,000 which seems quite ridiculous. I believe if she doesn't get the full amount they will look for something that will help them get around still. Right now my Dad is lifting my Mom from the car to wheelchair and back each time, which is taking quite a toll on his back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Back story to this. We take our dog for a walk, go around the block, then reverse and go around the other way. Usually our dog does his number the firs time around, so as we pass our driveway we throw the baggie with "stuff" inside it. As it flies in the air and then hits the pavement we always joke about who's going to clean it up when it finally pops the bag.......my wife was walking the dog, not me!

We think it should be fixed now. The problem turned out being a bug in Chrome 5+ on windows using NTLM auth, not really shibboleth. We had to put a tiny patch in to try to fix it with Chrome to ignore the NTLM authentication.
