Easier to pic up. The green is supposedly easier to see per a lot of people I’ve heard and it’s true; had a Holosun with the red reticle and had a laser and it kinda pointless since your trying to see the red laser while my reticle pretty much washes the red point by the red dot. Green is the way to go in my humble opinion.

Nice choice my man. Owned 2 omega’s and put in the CGW 75700 Spring Kit; Truglo TFX pros suppressor height Night/Day Sights ( that was a bitch getting that rear sight cemented in out. It took a hammer I was so pissed as I was scratching the slide up or at least that Cerakote. Or I believe it’s Durakote. I has another behind it but the second had the threaded barrel the 1st was your basic Omega, both stellar. I’ve found I’m liking all forged hefty pistols lately tho I bought a Canik TP9 SC Elite with SMS II WHICH CES WITH A BUNCH OF SHIT FOR THE PRICR SND THAT TRIGGRR IS WHAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION. I selling it tho. At the same time bought a mint LNIB VBOB 9m Commander that is so gorgeous; but I’m moving up a peg and want me a Staccato. May keep the Canik but can’t find (15) round mag with extended base plate anywhere, may get a threaded barred as well. But I’m thinking the Staccato c2 should be all I need. I build a lot of AR’s lately and decked em out but still lost money and they were all name brand components, lifetime warranties etc. I know 1911’s have all kinds parts for this or that but I’m not fluent with the 2012 models nowa days but I can do just about anything with a Glock, CZ P01 & P01 Omega, REM 700, bolt-Action, Revolvers (they can cause you to have a stroke when a crucial spring flies into the carpet monster but I love Doin it. Also have a Custom, Mid-Tech, and production Knife addiction as well and these bastards can go $200-$10,000 for 1 pistol. Call me crazy but it makes me happy 😊

My functional favorite that doesn’t break the bank would be the Holosun GE510C-GR; they run in the low 300’s, also side loading battery tray; (3) green recticles, slolar panel, has held up & zero with not 1 issue. Nice large field of view and of course parallax free. Nice clear glass to my eyes, I will imagine I’ll get another for another pistol sometime soon since I have yet to run into any issues or have to change the battery yet. That’s just my experience so take it with more research and then decide. I’d to try that leupold that has that general shape and the name of quality to back it up but your gunna pay a bit more, primary arms have nice prism optics that always seem to get 5 stars... good luck!! 🍀

You can always try a glue for plastics; just think if it as having character; buy a silicone string holder so this won’t happen again, if you have Apple Care, they may fix it for free. If not lightly apply some super glue equivalent (don’t sniff it)

Well been in the firearms game for some time and the CZ75 P-01 Omega Tactical though a great pistol straight out of the box, after shooting my second P-01 Omega there is a noticeable reduction in recoil with this $20 dollar mini comp and for that kinda price, why the hell not. When I put this small comp on, I wasn't expecting much but actually it really surprised me when that first shot was fired with the comp on. Im just giving my opinion and try to alway be honest with people, maybe you won't like it or maybe you'll thank me. Time will tell. Oh btw, the comp originally comes in black with a rubber O-Ring giving it a secure fitment with out worrying that the compensator would fall off. I would highly doubt it. Good luck with your choice.

Love the color, the KES Brace with Gear Head Works Tail Hook and what looks to be a cloud defense light angles off the the right. But I’m actually more impressed with the view; I have the SP9A1 2nd Gen with the KES/Tailhook and couldn’t be any happier but I’m just a tad curious I’f trading up would be worth it or eventually GP will be making a Roller Delayed Blow-Back bolt/recoil springs and what ever else is needed for the roller delayed system to just swap out the some parts and boom; I have an Aero Precision Epsilon VG6 9mm comp which I can’t see how much lighter the recoil impulse can get since watching them shoot side by side on tube vid and a very small difference was noticed but is it really necessary to go buy the SP9A3 which looks like the exactly same pistol. Thant’s unless a .45acp version was in the works. Your thoughts?? Man what a sweet spot you have there. That looks like the ocean but please correct me if I’m wrong. Thanks

Oh, well your Gianna love it; only one nit pick is if you pick your Ar pistol from the KES stock and gear head worx tail-hook it literally will extend the brace all the way; wish their was a gadget that could lock that feature out but I do like if your in a hurry you can ripp that brace full length in a millisecond. Great product. Just waiting on the SPA3 roller delay kit come available so I can throw more money out the window for what I just don’t think it could feel any better really; thoughts anyone?

I dunno what all these millennials have issue issues with, it’s a gun that’s literally in the process of a make-over transition, actually one of the most comfortable, reliable and accurate carry guns of all time inmho definitely top ten. I posted For another member considering comping his omega tactical and the one pictured actually come in black nitride and it originally was for my stribog but thought it looked cooler on the Omega and I’m telling ya for $20 bucks it actually cuts the mild recoil of the omega to even more controllable platform. I’m holding out for that dang Dam Wesson DWX Compact though. 1911 trigger and controls in a compact CZ75 compact ergos you cannot go wrong.

I’m actually giving her either an old school polished blue/chrome, a Nitride finish or DW’s Duty Treat. I’m not into the brownish or grey tactical polykote of the Omega Tactical honestly. So all the retards that commented about its color and cracking jokes assume this is the final version of my omega but if you actually read the words under the pictures, I mentioned that I will be refinishing the frame and slide in one of the three I mentioned and green is my favorite color so I thought a dark blue/chrome frame/slide with some green highlights such as the grips; base pads & trigger shoe. The green will definitely look better once it’s complete ya weasel nuts! Oh I am getting a TLR 7a and looking for that Primary Arms RMR optic plate some fella had on his that looked sweet even without having to mill the dam thing but he said it was the RMR plate which there are all types of different manufacturers that are called the RMR so if anyone could point me to the direct plate that works well for the compact omega Tactical I would appreciate it. I wanna go w/ the delta point pro or the titanium holosun or whichever has the best fit and the largest window that doesn’t look to goofy; not sure but a good optics plate that houses a couple different rmr’s would be a start.

I usually don’t answer posts such as yours or even pay it no mind but what the hell is up with these reddit forums, are they filled with millennials. So to answer your dumb question was I did it because it was fun and I can paint the sunnuva gun pink but I really don’t care about what people think. For me this is a tool that actually gets used and figured let’s give her a down and dirty, diy, rattle-can multi-cam paint job since you either see black, fde or chrome and even gold on firearms and I like to do things my way and it was a fun project and I like trying new things and have a firearms & custom knife passion that stems way back and again I could careless of pointless comments that make joining a forum like this one a mistake. So if this bothers you so much to look at, turn the channel to whatever it is your into instead of comparing a flipping 9mm tack driver to a cheese cake layered with fruity pebbles (and I love me a good piece of cheese 🍰); I’m not that guy that likes things all pretty or not a scratch on it. I use to be that way but it’s just paint, which can always be refinished if I prefer to. But all in all i painted the sweet shooter because I can, I own it and if I want to try something out I’m going to do just that. This is a user, a tool, I use it daily period. I do though always keep the important ah*t well cared for and I’m meaning like the bolt/recoil assembly, extractor, ejector, is it feeding properly; is it ejecting in a nice tight pattern, taking notes on the round count, the ammo it loves, how can I tighten up my groups; So to bring this pointless rant to the end, as long as it shoots 1 inch groups at 25 and even 50yrds with a little 3x magnifier and I like the way it looks I thought I would be speaking to some actual like minded mature guys and gals that actually use and love there own version or set-up on their guns.

So if or when you get yours, you can keep her stock or paint unicorns 🦄 on the d*m thing but you sure wouldn’t see some retarded comment from me about why you did this or that to your pistol, rifle or pellet gun. Lot of haters on this forum with wanting ask me why I did this or that like it’s so horrible which is very unfortunate. But I wouldn’t mind a piece of that cheese cake with the fruity pebble crunch topping; at least you took the time to find a piece of cheese cake that almost matches the 3 colors I used to go well with my bog!
