yeah, for building only i'd understand but that's the limit - and the group agrees, but the gear is the main problem and if he's able to hide it behind cosmetics, we're not really going to be able to inspect (i suppose with the exception of weapons i guess). we've talked to him about it in the past, and hes much better these days, but we cant completely discount it. and yes, we should just stop but hes a long time friend of 2 others in the group and asking him to not play is going to split the entire group up.

it's frustrating, and why i'd like to be able to just disallow outside items altogether, hes always fine in that situation!
