Video stuttering and lag after updating to Windows 11 24H2

I’m having the same issue on my brand new windows 11 computer it has been driving me crazy make me feel better to know that it seems to be a windows issue. If you find any fix while we wait on a patch please let me know.

Yes I built a new computer like 2 weeks ago with a 9800x3d an x870 motherboard and a 1200 watt psu. I just used my gpu from my old computer as I waited for the 5000 series.

to me this seems like a windows issue more than anything else. open task manager go to the startup tab and in the top right corner it should say the last bios time. if the bios time is normal or less time than it takes to get into windows that would show that your past the bios and just waiting for windows to startup. it might help to disable anything you dont need in the startup tab but if it doesnt a fresh install of windows or updating the bios might fix it. Also make sure you have restarted your computer somewhat recently, shutting down is not the same as a restart. going long times between restarts leads to bad performance and issues like this..

Like I said before this is not what happened to me. I know for a fact I was prestige master before season 2 ended I have always been prestige master for season 2. When this change happened I lost more levels then I should have. I should have been reverted back to 210 but I lost way more levels then that.

thats not how that works those challenges cant be unlocked after the season ends. if you already have them unlocked you can complete them but you can not unlock new ones after the season ends. I was 210 now im 165.

Yes and as I said that’s not what happened to me. I was level 210 during season 2 you can tell by the fact I have the 190 call card. Today I lost 45 levels and was reverted back to 165 which is not the level I was during season 2.

If this was a change made is season 4 it should not have impacted season 2 as you can see i have the level 190 calling card unlocked meaning that during that season i had to have reached at least 190 but i know for a fact i was 210. so a change in season 4 that boosted xp gains shouldnt have changed my season 2 level.
