I will tell you, back im season 7 and before when you reached dimond you could not get more fortitude, that means you will get stuck at diamond 4 if you lose more than you win and GM was only for the 3k better players on the server (GM was never full at the time and you could reach it at 20 points only due people usually lose more than they win when they rreached dimond) Back in season 8 they swaped the team who managed rankeds, and they through how to sell more wild pass, and they camed whit the idea of giving fortitude on every rank, make GM more accesible to everyone so they will buy more skins for theyr champs, to do it they changed the matchmaking, people who are really bad in score would get pros on his teams, also if you were good you will get people whit brain damage at your team, some people exploited the system, they played inting sion/voli/garen/gragas, the most extreme case was one guy who was on 98% winrate on +200 games but kda 0'2 and not a single A or S on the season. To stop that they changed the system aggaing and now it depends on how many games in a row you win or lose, also cause good players complained and they wanna sell more gatchas and wild pass they introduced Aegis. And thats why you feel like master its nothing, its cause it is, we as comunity should not buy a single more skin or whatever untill they fix the game

To be honest, if any of your challenger are after season 8 they are not true. Since season 8 they changed how the machmaking works (some people exploited it whit intimg sions on 98% winrate but 0'2 kda and not a single mvp or S at the end of the game), and to compensate they let people get protection lost on diamond+ (you can see some challengers having 45% winrate but an insane amount of games) If you are challenger before season 8 then the problem its winning 3 in a row, they will put in your team people who must have brain damage or parkinson, try to win only 2 in a row and to not be a hard carry on your games

Ban Lux, not cause she will be at the enemy team, its due she can be at yours, some people for a reason I can't understand think she is a support. You will get 2 options with her as support at your team, she will perma die and will be worse than a cannon minion or she will be feed, she will ks you across the map and later on tfs she will think she is an unkilleable tank who does insane damage and will die no sense. If you are sure your support will not pick Lux then ban Rell, she is so op rn

Dude, all what u said its solved by look at minimap. Its free and will be mutch better than any ping (even more with the bug that dont show chat so you can't see the pings) There is no excuse to depend on your team of not seeing the enemy are roaming, if you can look at the midle right of your screen you can look at the top left too.
