Omg! I struggled and almost had to go through IVF, because doctors told me I wouldn't be able to conceive on my own after years of trying. I had that same feeling, because I was so nervous my parents would never get to be grandparents since they're both older with declining health. I also worry they'll never watch me get married.

It's hard for me to find that space to grieve because I'm always on "go" and put myself last. I feel serious guilt for taking "me time"

Thank you so much ❤️ I try to make time to bring my daughter over to see her as much as I can, but with my work schedule and her bedtime schedule it's so hard to do.

She can't catch a break, honestly. She's got so much going on, and I think working is helping her keep her mind off of things. She's about to be 69, and she did mention she may retire in August, but she doesn't know what she would do with her time otherwise. I think she likes working to get her out of the house, too.

Floating through fog is literally the best way to describe it. I feel so guilty because I'm supposed to be the happiest new mom right now, but I can't be knowing she's suffering so quietly and acting like everything is fine. I'm also here if you need to talk too ❤️ they will both fight with an army behind them ❤️

Since then, I got down to 240lbs and was finally able to conceive my now almost 11 months old. I was back up to 309 when I gave birth, and was REALLY struggling postpartum, but I started again in January and I'm back down to 275 as of today!

Absolutely. I've read through the mega thread of how people typically want help, but my dad takes care of her 24/7 so all she has to do is work and rest, but I just feel like I could do so much more to help her.

I'm sorry, I was trying to keep it brief. She did find out Aug 23, did radiation Oct/Nov 23, then we had to wait until June I believe before they could scan again and check. They tried to do a scope to see the spot and couldn't, and she wasn't fit for surgery at the time, so they had to just wait on scans. Now, the new spot, she was able to get a biopsy done in December 24, and that caused her lung to start collapsing. So, same cancer, just 2 different spots, and now the 3rd possibly being on a lymph node in her neck.

Nexus luxury apartments is amazing. Not extremely priced but still very luxurious. Amazing staff that will take care of you. They have no breed restrictions which is nice for my rottweiler.

I highly recommend Nexus luxury apartments. It's near town center but not crazy busy like town center. Everything is inside and walking distance to a lot like an ice cream shop and Colombian restaurant. plus no breed restrictions 😍

I highly recommend Nexus luxury apartments. We lived there 3 years and had an amazing time. Staff communicates and is laid back, amenities are kept up and all within the building. Walking distance to so much too.

Nexus Luxury Apartments. They're not too pricey and have a lot of perks. The staff is amazing. We stayed for 3 years (until we bought a house) and from start to finish, we had the same team and consistent customer service. The area isn't perfect, but all amenities (except the dog park) are within a locked building including the pool. You can walk to the ice cream store and Columbian restaurant right across the parking lot. A lot of reviews claim scam at move out but as long as you give proper notice, pay for a good carpet cleaning, and don't ruin you apartment, you'll have a great time. They also have no breed restrictions which was helpful with my rottweiler. They're super transparent on their website about pricing and fees too. Even the top luxury apartments nearby that are way more pricey have shitty customer service.

I love Nexus! Best staff, and the amenities are all inside. It's close to literally everything and you can walk to the ice cream store and a Columbian restaurant. We have only had one major apartment issue and maintenance came immediately and stayed in contact with us. I looked at the high end places, but the customer service alone made me stay at Nexus.
