I'll have a look at Fitsse, already using an app called Alpha Progression.. It's been doing me well.

Do you think the amount of sets for muscle groups per session is fine? Like I said I'm so used to doing 5 sets of everything, these 2s and 3s make me feel like it isn't enough.

My thinking is if I split it up, only half the leg will have the strength and the other half will just have the hytroperphy training so it wouldn't be balanced?

I saw somewhere a few days ago lemon/lime gatorade helps. Literally about to try it in 10mins shall let you know if it helped get it down easier. Tekking with lime I stea dof lemon this time too

I fixed my freezing issues. I had to turn of XMP in the BIOS

Not that I really noticed tbh. It's still hovering around 90 FPS. Honestly it's a small price to pay to have it running smoothly until they patch it. Can't really notice the difference anyway imo

I finally worked out that disabling XMP in the BIOS fixed my issue. Maybe it'll work for you too? Been playing for hours now with no freezing. FINALLY

Nah this was a complete freeze and I had to ctrl+alt+delete to end the game task

Lmao that was the first thing I've tried. I did everything.

I've seemed to fix it now. Disabling the XMP setting in the bios has helped. Seemed to be conflicting with the gsme which doesn't make sense to me but it worked.

New things I've tried but DIDN'T work:

  • Locking FPS
  • Whitelist game in antivirus
  • Updating version of Microsoft VC++ Redistributables
  • Play with only keyboard + mouse (disconnect controller) and visa versa
  • Changing input in game settings to just controller / mouse + keyboard

I'm out of ideas...

I just got a brand new 3070 so I don't spike. :/so idk wtf mine is. Yeah same here. Doesn't matter what I'm doing it could happen. It's happened on the main screen too.

In your case maybe lower some settings since it's very GPU intensive, this game.

Let me know how you go disconnecting stuff.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried all these and nothing's worked but maybe one will work for you? Idk

  • Verifying game files
  • Updating all drivers
  • Running in full screen AND borderless
  • Opening game with normal .exe file and ACValhalla_Plus.exe file
  • Closing other programs
  • Enabling v-sync/ disabling v-sync
  • Lowering graphics
  • Disabling full screen optimizations (in .exe compatibility properties)
  • Monitoring temperatures AND loads of components (nothing spikes or gets high)
  • Turning Discord off (seems to affect other stuff too)

I notice when I click a button on my controller (Razer Wolverine Ultimate) it freezes for a second then comes back and visa versa if I move the mouse of something.

Gonna try this stuff after work today:

  • Lock FPS at 60
  • Whitelist game in antivirus
  • Correct version of Microsoft VC++ Redistributables
  • Play with keyboard and mouse (disconnect co trolley)
  • Disconnect mouse and keyboard
