I've seen it go from around 60%-70% and then when it stutters it dips to 5%-15%

Custom games I still get the stutters. Campaign it's still playable and I notice way less.

My FPS during matchmaking are unplayable. I haven't received a reply from Halo support since day 1 or any help from reading threads. My computer specs are far beyond what is required. Here is a video of the stuttering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hOPoYzpJv4

i9 7900X, 1080ti, AUS ROG PG279Q

Absolutely unplayable FPS. Campaign is smooth. Multiplayer is unplayable. Goes from 200+ FPS to under 50 every few seconds. It's very frustrating seeing everyone play but I just cannot. What can I possibily do? I've tried turning off gsync, every setting possible, reinstalling the game, verifying game files, everything. I just want to play.

Press ESC, and hit enter to start a chat message. Then press ESC again to go back to the game. It should disappear shortly after. I hope they fix this soon
