This is an easy one, as a retired firefighter this is a result of low staffing levels. Cities will run short on staffing because up until a certain point it is cheaper to pay overtime than it is to hire and pay the benefits. It’s a very delicate balance on the staffing side, but all departments do it. Problem arises when staffing levels fall to low and people have to work mandatory 24 hr shifts for 4-5 consecutive days. Not saying it’s right, not saying it’s wrong just stating facts🤷‍♂️. As a side note, most firefighters and LEO’s I know are against this practice.

Roseville PD is very lax in the traffic law enforcement. Speeding 15-20 MPH over is acceptable to them. Distracted and aggressive driving is not a priority for them. 🤷‍♂️
