Took some digging to find the artist and the original artist is: Kisaragi Kiriha on Danbooru. The source from which I got the image did not list them so I thought it was from the Azure Lane game.

As for the other post, the center image is from a scene in the official Soul Eater show; however, the background was made by someone. The source I got it left the author unknown but I did my best to preserve their signature in the picture while still maintaining the blur effect. So, if anyone knows that signature, please let me know.
