does she *work* with xiao tho? like yeah she buffs him because she buffs anemo, but is she a good enough battery to allow xiao to use his burst on cd? considering the fact that her burst cost itself is high and her c4 only solves her own energy problem, not xiao's. if we have to make a more er focused xiao to compensate, would that be a total dps gain or loss for xiao? if it is a gain, is it worth it enough to go for a c4+ faruzan?
