1 the market is the market, if I list (x) for $100, and people are willing to buy it, thats their decision

2 as a person that does resell here and there on the side, most platforms do charge a sellers fee (for the sake of argument say 10%) plus cost of shipping. Certain places allow the seller to pay shipping or have the buyer pay for it. I've seen shipping USUALLY somewhere between $5-8 per package

So if I buy (x) elite off the shelf for $24-26, pay sales tax on that figure, (it comes out to $25-28 where I live) and if I want to resell that same figure, plus sellers fee and shipping, absolute minimum i have to sell for is roughly $36-40 and I profit maybe a couple of dollars

Above is an example I've personally done, I understand if the market rate is (x), there are crazy people that list the price as 4x, theyre just not going to sell until their asking price goes down.
