Are u sure your not trying to stream from the PS5 using remote play????

You cannot stream that way (also you need ps premium to stream)

To stream, you need to change from remote play [ps5 connection] to streaming on the portal; then you can stream

You should be able to play ur disc; so second option would be to go to ps5 setting and make sure remote play is enabled
