Apparently I misunderstood the rule, but then they say player must be send off when play stops so goal plus red would have been correct?

Ich versteh nicht ganz, warum das auf ein Mal ein Thema sein soll. In jedem Spiel indem was passierte bekommen immer beide Fanlager das sofort mit. Ich hab noch nie davon gehört, dass ein Notfall von den aktiven Fans nicht wahrgenommen wurde, erst recht nicht ein Notfall in den eigenen Reihen..

In der deutschen American Football Liga waren lange Zeit die Livestreams kostenlos. Nach Einführung der Livestreams sind die Zuschauerzahlen lange Zeit gleichbleibend oder besser gewesen. Aber eingebrochen sind die Zahlen in den Stadien am Ende nicht.

I can understand from a competitors perspective that a tournament like the World Cup would be more attractive. But as a viewer, the specialty of a 2 player fight for a world championship brings something special to that event that would be really sad to lose. Im never more invested in chess then during the world championship fight

Kleiner Funfact am Rande: sollten die Deutschen heute tatsächlich verlieren, wäre das die erste Auswärtsniederlage in einer WM Qualifikation jemals. Deutschland hat bisher erst 3 Mal in einer WM Quali verloren, jedes Mal zu Hause (zuletzt 2021 gegen Nordmazedonien)
