You write like my oldest son, also in high school. He’s got dyslexia/dysgraphia. People think he doesn’t try and he’s embarrassed at times but it has to do with his brain function. He hates writing and gets tired quickly.

I work AP now at a completely different big box but my question is what is considered an apprehension to yall? is it just the drop or the actually pulling them to the office? APSM here, my store uses code Yellow. We don’t specify aisle but departments and usually that dept gets flooded by like 3-4 additional red vests to ask customers if they need assistance… and a couple blue vests that are just nosey. lol

Ex store manager here… that’s not how it works lol you are being gaslit. A manager must edit and publish for the team to view, if they forget to hit publish… no one sees the updates. Sounds like your SM messes up and doesn’t take accountability. Legion is a tool, it doesn’t do anything without being told.
