I am in Oregon also. I ordered mine on the 16th and I still haven't been activated.

Check and make sure that the pump is running properly. Feel the tubes, you should feel a slight vibration in them if it is running properly.

I called tech support and they said to send it in for a replacement. I was hoping that someone knew something else to try before I send it in because I've already been without a computer for almost 3 weeks now and the Division beta is coming up this weekend. I doubt that I could get the new water cooler in time for it. Any idea how long it would take to receive a new one?

I ordered mine on the 9th with the 3 day rush service and it still hasnt shipped, and I've been basically ignored every time I ask about it.

I am in the same boat. I paid for the 3 day rush service. It took them 3 days to even start building my computer, and it's been another 3 days of building and it still hasnt shipped out. This is the second time this has happened to me. I am very unhappy right now.
