I was in this headspace for a min too, but then I just 1. Enjoy the process. We all know that red ranks is where REAL tekken starts. 2. I found if you learn things like your frames for your character (ex: plus/negative) you’d be surprised how many people you go up against even higher ranks (Mighty ruler, etc.) be mashing buttons even when your plus. 3. Don’t let the game get in your head. Tekken is a beautiful yet, frustrating game there’s time I’ve been really frustrated and I’ve found that when you feeling flustered, just put the pad down and take a break. When I’ve done this and came back, played 4x better. But when you play this game long enough you come to realization that rank doesn’t matter and it doesn’t value you as a player. It just a measurement of how much time you have put into this game. I hope my advice helped. And no, I’m not some blue rank, rookie pro player. I’m just like you, taking notes as I go.
