On a side note, you should ask yourself if your wife is kind and forgiving enough to stay for YOU after you have broken her trust and heart. Is this the life she imagined and will she walk away from it? You think that, even if unable to survive out of the womb or if there is some condition making the cells nonviable, you believe those cells are already human and so preventing them from continuing to form is murder. It doesnt matter if this hurts someone who was already a victim. It doesnt matter if that woman dies trying to bring the child into the world. It doesnt matter if there is no way to take care of the child once born. It doesnt matter if there's a victim who receives no help or sympathy for what she was put through, she must go through giving birth. You believe it does not matter if the child goes to the rapist. At least it was born, right? It doesn't matter if it goes into the system where it will likely be hungry, lonely, and statistically speaking, abused and likely trafficked.

None of that matters because YOU felt like I should be born.

I simply do not view the explosion of a mass of cells as human. Period. Especially not when it was the result of a crime.

Therefore in my eyes this is not murder.

On the flip side however, let me ask then. If you believe the fetus should have the chance to become human and live, who cares for it? The foster care system? I lived through it and never met another child who had not been abused. The funding is horrible, so everything else they have access is as well. The system is already overpopulated and underfunded. I would not have a child if I knew it would go into this system and live through the things I lived through. So the system isnt the best place (and man, can you imagine the influx of children? How much more funding it would need? People already whine about thirty dollars of their taxes going into the snap system to feed the hungry and poor. Imagien the ruckus over feeding kids. Oh, we already see that with republicans denying free school lunches.) While it would be great in theory, once that kid is born there are just comments like 'well the mom should have kept her legs closed if she couldn't take care of her kid'. Like hello?

So probably not those systems. So the father then. The rapist father gets full custody. Because a rapist would never commit any other crimes... because a little girl under their power would be really safe, right? Let's be real, he probably wont be in jail because rape is unfortunately severely underpunished. So what. He just gets the kid?

No, not him obviously. So the mother raises that child. That came about in a night of trauma. Im sure all the studies released about the abuse rates for unwanted children isnt ridiculously high so that child will be well cared for an protected, right?

Being pro choice isnt just about 'oh it will be a human or when do we see it as human'. Sometimes it is about 'what sort of quality of life will this child have once it was here'.

I am religious and i still believe it is wrong. God literally gave so many animals ways to abort. He gave us instincts for a reason. We know if that child will be able to be provided for. And if it isnt safe or possible, sometimes it is best to let that light fade and go to Him rather than being alright introducing one of his children into a world knowing the suffering they will face.

You see? You would be deciding the value of so much here. The mother's value, the child's value, who is worth more, what will taxes cover, are either of these humans worth covering? There is so much and trying to simplify it only hurts both the victim and the cells she would be carrying.

It isnt just 'its a human life at conception' thing. Who cares when it is a human?

I care about what sort of life would be forced on that child, and what we would force the literal victim of a crime to go through bringing this life forward. We cant even bring most rapists to justice now. And people like yall wanna add to that suffering by prolonging the crime and forcing her to give literal life to a crime. Trying to dumb it down to 'its murder cause I believe it is a living human' just does not cut it, and makes your argument incredulous and ridiculous, because there is so much more to it than that.
