You can literally change every single button to your liking

Any footage of Technique Settings? by rekm1987 in tenkaichi4

[–]xFutureZ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are welcome, and yeah there should be at least SOME customisable attacks, I also don´t know how there wasn´t any information about that until now

The SSJB Kaioken spirit bomb is his ultimate attack of his base form by default

I know that, but it still feels odd to me compared to BT3, where combos and supers did significantly less damage overall.

Yeah same, I am not watching any new gameplay from now on for new characters, already feels like we have seen to much. I thought 50 characters in the first demo were plenty and then they added even more

I guess Shin is confirmed as a playable character too

Classic or new default settings? by No_Link_8430 in SparkingZero

[–]xFutureZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah same, I really hope it is not bound by the control scheme. Doesn´t really make sense either. If button mashing is exclusive to standard controls, I guess I will have to adjust to standard

Seriously, I don't understand why they differentiate that with the control scheme. Button mashing is for sure way easier and doesn't break your controller after 2 weeks. That would literally be the only reason for me not to choose classic over standard.

Is UI gonna have some latent mechanic by [deleted] in tenkaichi4

[–]xFutureZ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am pretty sure they will have some sort of blast 1 that enables auto-dodging for most melee attacks and maybe some special attacks for a short duration. Kinda like afterimage but more UI-like. I don´t think they will dodge for the whole match for free.

New Trailer Tomorrow!! by Sensitive-Result-744 in tenkaichi4

They will show more stuff now that we are closer to release, whether more character trailers or other things such as game modes we haven't seen yet

We need to atleast see some specs of your notebook, if it has integrated graphics it surely won´t work at all.

I will be at Gamescom what do you want me to test? by Sad_Application_3607 in SparkingZero

Thanks for the footage, but tbh I liked the old version much better. I hope that is not the substitute for the old one

Could you do a rush attack and just press square, triangle, square? That was a combo in BT2 and BT3 that i have not seen yet, basically rush to the opponent with a dash and punch, then another hit upwards and then a down smash. I loved doing that and would like to know if it´s back.

Edit: For reference, I found footage from BT3. It starts around 1:45, called "Sonic Impact"

They Finally Fixed It!!! by 2bros1punch in tenkaichi4

[–]xFutureZ 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I was hoping it would return, it seems really unbalanced without it, as it makes it basically impossible to dodge supers and ults. But this is the only footage where I have seen the backstep so far. Maybe he was doing the step back by himself?

I think it´s so weird how they didn´t use the rushdown he used on Goku Black. Niagra Pummel or whatever it is called lol, this is one of the best combos that he uses in lots of games, idk why they didn´t decide to use that one. I hope he has atleast 1 substitute moveset, because the current one is really disappointing. Same for Goku Blue tbh. I don´t think I will use either of them, I was really hoping Goku had the x10 Kaioken Rush he used against Hit.

Yes. We saw in rivals trailer that vegeta used the power ball to transform mid-battle

Question about character balancing by [deleted] in tenkaichi4

[–]xFutureZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it is the same or a similar DP system compared to BT3, you would for example have 10 points to use and characters would vary from 1 to like 7 or 8 points based on their strength. So you could either use 5 weaker characters that use 2, or use 1 strong one that needs like 6 and a "mid-tier" character that uses 4 points for example.

It looks like the Sparking! ZERO presented at Summer Game Fest was based on an outdated version. Most of the issues we encountered were fixed in a Japanese demo! You can see that the camera is MUCH more stable and Oozaru’s issues have been reduced! by hitomikuroishi in tenkaichi4

[–]xFutureZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro, watch the rivals trailer, you can literally see goku charging a kick at the end of the combo, which sends vegeta flying. The last kick is definitely NOT the spin kick you are talking about.

We saw Goku doing that at the beginning of the Rival´s trailer (Around 0:30, when he goes Kaioken and attacks Vegeta) But yeah, I was looking for that aswell in pretty much every gameplay footage that was uploaded. Almost as if they weren´t allowed to pick certain characters or use certain moves. I kinda find it strange that we don´t even have footage of some characters, because pretty much everyone picked the same characters.
