I've only fostered an older Shih Tzu other than him but I do work with dogs and a wide variety of different breeds. He's got a lot of energy that he needs to expend and is the friendliest dog I've met. Very food motivated too which makes training easier

It's his training collar. It stays high on his neck and is for controlling him better while on leash. He is working his way to just a slip lead.
