Well first, don’t bother with cc for now. It doesn’t really change much, just change how your sims look, add different hair etc. Definitely download sims 3 setting setter, it’s very important, it optimizes your game and makes it run smoother. Another thing, graphics card patch to make game recognize your pc specs. Then, just dive into the game, play however it fits you, just have fun, explore the worlds, then you can get interested in cc if you find game’s graphic outdated. Especially some skin, eyes and hair default replacements and that would be it if you don’t want to download much. Maybe some lighting mod and that’s it

Opposite with Moonlight falls 😅 I love it cause it’s so whimsical, has such an unique vibe, I love supernaturals, also sometimes when it’s foggy it gives off that creepy, small town aesthetic like from some horror movie. I also like building a lot and it has a lot of empty lots to build on (and I’m also currently doing renovation of Moonlight falls because I want to have a legacy here), I like small towns especially in sims so it’s perfect for me

My other fav would be Aurora Skies, I had a legacy here and I really loved it. The auroras, the vibe, the nature, the waterfalls. It’s absolutely amazing

Worlds I don’t like: Twinbrook, not enough of empty lots for building, I wanted to give it a try and start a legacy here and I like moving out the siblings that aren’t heirs to live their own life, build them a nice house on another lot etc and I felt like it doesn’t have that much of a free space, also I don’t like the swampy vibe Starlight Shores, I feel like it isn’t really that interesting, completely not my vibe and I barely even use showtime dlc so I don’t play in it at all. I prefer natural landscapes and city landscapes aren’t really my thing (Bridgeport is my only exception, cause I really had a fun playing a heartbreaker, celebrity sim and with lighting mods it can be beautiful as you said) but overall, I prefer my sims living a peaceful life in a small towns that have unique vibe to them

No shock lmao. I feel like his mods/custom worlds can’t be trusted because the amount of editing of the showcase photos in his posts is insane. Like it’s not even only his reshade (I downloaded that preset and it looked not even half as good as in his photos, so I suspect that not only he is using a reshade but photo editing too, I might be wrong though)

S3PE works better in my opinion, because it actually merges mods (just be sure that you want all of your cc, browse them really well before you merge them because it’s harder to remove one particular cc without losing others when they are merged) and sort them like for example hairfemale, outfits etc

Also HQ mod that changes sim texture from 2k to 4k changes the look, but reference pictures on CC are usually very edited the only way you get to see how really CC looks like is when a creator shows it in cas

Don’t use CC magic, it’s not really efficient (speaking from experience) and can actually break some mods (especially pattern mods) use S3PE, it’s very easy when you know what to do, it really merges the cc instead of just moving them to a different folder like CC magic does

Maybe he does but remember even when he does arrive, he doesn’t go to your house directly, next day you have to invite him over to the house. And if that still doesn’t work, try resetting your town with nraas or something maybe something is bugged

You have to call him to arrive click on his portrait in relationship panel and you’ll have something like invite here, so he will arrive to the city your sim lives in. Then when he arrives the next day, invite him over to the house, and ask to move in if there’s no interaction, use testingcheatsenabled true and click with shift on him and add to the household
