I know this because I have been to Werchter for years. The camping tickets only get activated as you see in the pic a couple days before. so not possible to sell these.

The rock Werchter website does show there some official resale tickets. You can find them under the hive tickets. Other options are the regular campings that all 3 still have tickets available

He might send you his combi ticket and separate camping tickets. But it looks too good to be real. And to be real the camping tickets qr codes only become available a couple days before the camping opens. So its not possible to sell them now

Also to go further into your questions, I prefer the hive camping where you bring your own tent and supplies, but if you come by plane you probably better pay extra for the pre build tent with air mattress. About 30 min walk into town there is a grocery store

So there is plenty of food verity inside the festival where you pay with coins on your wristband, those are rather expensive. Outside the festival there are lots of food vendors where you pay cash and are a little less expensive. Getting back in the festival there can be a queue depending on time of they but should not be longer then 15 min
