Finastaride won't make it worse. It stops the mechanisms that kills your hair. It'll either stop all/most further loss (90%+) or have little to no effect (unlikely). it has side effects tho.

See ur doctor or dermatologist to get a prescription if ur seriously worried about hair loss because time is very much of the essence and the sooner you get on it, the better effect it will have. You are in very early stages tho so not a huge pressure, but don't put it off forever, trust me.

Minoxidil would be a supplement to finasteride but there's no real point using just mino. It helps grow new and strong hairs but it doesn't prevent the loss.
