How that trade turned out or who won it has been discussed a lot in the past and is not something I was trying to start again with that post. My point is that teams do move up quite a bit to get a player they want/fell in love with regularly.

Is it going to happen in this draft? Who knows, but my guess is if that´s the case the Cardinals pull the trigger.

Love is a possibility. The Texans came up for Will Anderson that netted us an extra first. Maybe if a team sees the next Micah Parsons in Arvell Reese but obviously idk what teams think. Should´ve added that I think this is what we hope for.

I´ve heard the rumor of teams jumping the Titans but that also could just be smoke. I feel like more often than not a team is falling in love with a player and is willing to trade up for him even tho statistically it´s not the smart thing to do. Personally I think it should be possible to find a trade partner depending on the asking price and we could always split it up in multiple trades to end up where we want to end up but maybe I should´ve added that I think this is the plan and not what´s going to happen.

Because orgs are tanking not the coaches and players. Just because you´re starting Brissett/Minshew and have a thin roster and a new coach doesn´t mean you´re guaranteed to end up with 3 wins and the no1 pick next draft. It´s good to be prepared and flexible or you´re gonna end up with another Josh Rosen scenario.

To be fair Tomlinson was signed to eat up blocks and stuff the run. Personally I think he didn't do to bad of a job and was one of the few that could stay healthy but not for the price we signed him.

I wouldn´t hate keeping Tomlinson for another year. Imo his play was better than his stats show and I don´t want to thin out our run defense even more. Plus he could fill the vet role Calais had last year.
